For GSM/CDMA base station antennas, we provide free exchange for
the first year and free repair service for the next two years
starting from the purchase date.

Limited Warranty

ZDA telecom warrants the original retail purchasers (e.g. the
end users) that our products will be free from material defects or
workmanship starts from the date of purchase from ZDA
Communications or its authorized resellers for the duration as
stated above. ZDA Communications' sole obligation under this
warranty should be free exchange for the first year and free repair
service for the remaining warranty years. All products which are
replaced become property of ZDA Communications. Replacement
products may be new or reconditioned and are guaranteed by us to
meet the specifications of original products and are in equivalent
for that been replaced. ZDA warrants any replaced or repaired
product for ninety (90) days from shipment, or the remainder of the
initial warranty period, whichever is longer. The end user should
be responsible for the cost of packaging and shipping the product
to ZDA for replacement or repair, while ZDA is responsible for the
packaging and shipping the replaced or repaired product back to the
end user.
