ZDA Communications US LLC is specializing in the design & manufacture of wireless antenna within the 400 MHz to 6 GHz spectrum. Our extensive range of antennas include: Yagi antenna, Parabolic dish antenna, cell tower sector antenna, External wireless antenna, mobile antenna, Broadband and Ultra Wide Band Antennas for the Wireless, Security and Civil markets. Standard antennas can be used for applications including: WiMAX, WLAN; Wi-Fi, Cellular Telecoms, RFID, Surveillance and Telemetry applications.

Continuing roll out of new products with advanced technologies, and dedicated to expanding our existing range of antennas and of designing custom made solutions ensure ZDA Communications continue to provide high quality, cost effective antennas of outstanding performance.

Each antenna is individually tested before leaving our manufacturing facility and is covered by a two year limited warranty term.

• Most of our antennas carry limited life time warranty with free exchange for the first year,  No cost repair service for the next year.

• We offer free technical consultation, technical exchange, training and antenna selection.

• Product use sampling:
  Through times, we will make trip to the user sites or use other channels to communicate with customers and get feed back for improvement in the future.

• For GSM/CDMA base station antennas, we provide free exchange for the first year and free repair service for the next years starting from the purchase date.

• Limited Warranty details:

ZDA telecom warrants the original retail purchasers (e.g. the end users) that our products will be free from material defects or workmanship starts from the date of purchase from ZDA Communications or its authorized resellers for the duration as stated above. ZDA Communications' sole obligation under this warranty should be free exchange for the first year and free repair service for the remaining warranty years. All products which are replaced become property of ZDA Communications. Replacement products may be new or reconditioned and are guaranteed by us to meet the specifications of original products and are in equivalent for that been replaced. ZDA warrants any replaced or repaired product for ninety (90) days from shipment, or the remainder of the initial warranty period, whichever is longer. The end user should be responsible for the cost of packaging and shipping the product to ZDA for replacement or repair, while ZDA is responsible for the packaging and shipping the replaced or repaired product back to the end user.
